Dublin Bands Showcase - CHECK OUT WAYS TO HELP!

The deadline for Dublin Band Showcase Program Shout-Outs and Program Ads has been extended through October 10th.   This is a great opportunity to promote your business and/or send a personal message of encouragement to your student, while helping to raise money for Dublin Music Boosters!

There are also just a few volunteer opportunities remaining to work at the event.  Please see all information and links below.

Program Advertisement (Deadline – must be received by October 10, 2019)
The printed souvenir program is a great opportunity for local businesses to reach a few thousand extra potential customers for a very reasonable price!  If you or someone you know owns a business and is interested in placing a program ad, click here – 2019 Showcase Program AD

Shout Outs (Deadline – must be received by October 10, 2019)

"Good Luck DCHS Mellophones!" or "Good Luck, Lindsey! We are so proud of you!"  These are just a couple of examples of shout-outs that you can place in this year's program. This will help with the printing costs of the program, which means more of the money from program sales goes back to the bands!  To purchase a personalized shout-out, wishing good luck to your student, click here -- 2019 Showcase Program "Shout-Out"
Trophy Sponsorships

Families will again be able to sponsor a trophy to be presented at the Event.  Trophy sponsors are publicly acknowledged, and your student will be able to present the sponsored trophy to the winning band in that category.

Volunteer Opportunities
For the Dublin Bands Showcase, our main responsibility is to run the concession stand.  This is a big job from roughly 2:00pm-9:30pm.  We usually run two shifts.  Knowing that we are participating in a contest in Springfield that day, we have a performance time of 2:00pm.  If we could have any parent able and willing to work the concession stand at 2:00pm, you could then see your son/daughter perform at 9:30pm in Dublin.  OR vice versa.
To volunteer in the Concession Stand, please go to:
